Chive Flower
Chive Flowers are also known as Garlic Chives or Chinese Chives. The long tender stalks and unopened flower buds are used as an elegant substitute for garlic and onion in cooking. Unlike regular Chives, the Chive Flower had a stronger garlic flavor, and is used often with stir fry, sauces, soups, seafood, and eggs.
